I don't resonate with labels.

And I'm not drawn to big "I am" statements either.

But I can tell you how I got here:

I gave my life a 360-degree-turn - from twelve hours people pleasing, constant overwhelm, feeling like a victim of my sensitivity

to

a life that actually feels like me -

Passion for a living -

magic and adventure in my every day life.

BUUUUUUUUT

In between there was something else.

Emptiness. Doubt. Silence. Pain.

No more To-Do- lists.

no applause.

No clear direction.

Just me.

And everything I had ignored for years.

And here,

I met myself.

Not the version of em that functions.

Nor the one who appears strong.

Not the one who knows where to go.

But the one who stays.

Here I came home.

Not because everything suddenly became easy.

Not because I knew what came next.

But because I stopped abandoning myself.

Because I had the courage to look, to feel and to change what no longer felt like me.

And that' where I reach my hand to you.

That's what I wish for you too!

I believe that the relationship we have with ourselves sets the tone for how we meet the world and the people around us.

I believe that self-responsibility allows for self-leadership and that anything is possible for each of us.

And yet, this is a path each of us can only walk for ourselves,

but no one has to walk it alone.

Sometimes all it takes is a space.

I won't tell you what you need or what you should choose - you already know what feels right for you.
